By ticking this box, you agree as a condition of your stay at the hotel and on behalf of those in your party, that Zebula Country Club PTY Ltd or any of its subsidiaries, the Joint Board of Trustees, and or any of the Mabalingwe 12 or Mabilingwe 12 Body Corporates, the individual home-owners, manager and/ or operator of the hotel and each of their affiliates and respective shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively Indemnified Parties) shall not be responsible or liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any and all claims for loss or damage, including but not limited to injury or death of any person or theft, loss, destruction of or damage to any property, howsoever arising. You irrevocably and unconditionally indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Indemnified Parties in respect of any such claims. This is an important paragraph that limits and excludes certain of our obligations, liabilities, and legal responsibilities to you and which limits and excluded certain of your rights and legal remedies against us.
Zebula Country Club will collect and use Personal Data as described in our Privacy Statement (available at the front desk and online) to provide you goods and services, to comply with legal and contractual requirements, and, if necessary, to assert or defend a legal right or claim. You are required to provide us with this Personal Data so that we can provide you with the goods and services requested by you. Zebula Country Club Pty Ltd will also collect and use Personal Preferences (a subset of Personal Data) to enhance your current and future stay. “Personal Preferences” include your interests, activities, food and beverage choices, and service and amenity requests. You may withhold consent to our collection and use of your personal Preferences, but without it, we may not be able to provide you with personalized experiences. You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your Personal Data, or object to the processing of it, by emailing gm@zebula.co.za You may also make a complaint with a data protection authority at any time.

The estate has a strict no-noise policy. No loud/excessive noise, shooting, or hooting is permitted at any time. After 22h00(Mon – Thu) 23h00 (Fri & Sat) and 20h00 Sunday & Public Holidays all persons must be especially careful not to disturb other guests, and no music is permitted after this time. All noise complaints will be dealt with as follows: warning, fine of R5000.00, power disconnected until morning. SAPS called to remove offenders. Excessive noise is defined as any noise in excess of 72 decibels.
I understand that any fines levied by the body corporate due to my or my resident’s actions will be charged to my account. Fines could be issued for speeding, noise, illegal parking, drunken behavior, littering, reckless or off-road driving, damage to property, unauthorized fires, or unauthorized firearms.
GUESTS in private homes are responsible for the cost of any damage caused to the rented homes or contents during their stay. Your house will have an inventory list; please compare your inventory on arrival and advise reception within 1 hour of arrival of any missing or broken items immediately that these can be accounted for correctly. All Breakage deposits are released within 14 days after departure.
Occupancy at each house is always restricted to a maximum of two people per bedroom. Our conference and events department can assist you with private venues where maximum occupancies will be exceeded alternatively please make public areas for gatherings more than the maximum occupancies.
