    • A 50% deposit is required for bookings of 4 or more hours
    • Guests who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide at least a 24 hour notice, or the full cost of the appointment will be charged
    • Treatment prices are subject to change without notice
    • No refunds will be applicable under any circumstances
    • A minimum age of 16 is required for all treatments and use of Spa facilities
    • Ages between 14 and 16 will be permitted, if accompanied by an adult.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Q: When should I arrive?

    A: In order to maximimze the enjoyment of your time at the spa, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to change and familiarize yourself with our facilities. We recommend that you shower and begin to relax by using our Hydro facilities. A late arrival will result in your treatment time being reduced or we may be unable to honour your appointment.

    Q: Should I not be able to make my treatment, are there any cancellation fees?

    A: A 100% cancellation fee will be applicable to all cancellations not made 24 hours prior to the appointment

    Q: What should I bring?

    A: The Spa at Zebula supplies you with towels, robes and slippers. A bathing suit is optional for the hydrotherapy treatments. Robes must be worn when moving around the spa. It is recommended that all jewellery and mobile phones be locked away in the locker provided for your convenience

    Q: Can my children come along?

    A: A minimum age of 16 is required for all treatments and use of Spa facilities. Ages between 14 and 16 will be permitted if accompanied by an adult.

    Q: What if I have any special Health Considerations?

    A: Please be sure to notify our therapist when making your booking if you have high blood pressure, suffer from allergies, are pregnant or suffer from any other health issues.
