Horses and plains game share a common bond and perhaps this is why a horseback safari is often regarded as one of the most intimate and rewarding ways to view game. Herds are somehow less reluctant to allow horses into their midst, and it’s not uncommon to find yourself surrounded by animals, as one with the herd, while on a horse. Our horseback safaris take place on a private and exclusive 280 hectares of panoramic African bushveld situated across from our main entrance gate. We currently have 2 horses and can accommodate experienced riders and beginners.
