Please note that the Zebula Country Club Pty Ltd is a Homeowner of (Site 158), including the Clubhouse, Spa, Gym, Pool Areas, Bush Lodge Rooms, Conference Facilities, Staff Accommodation, etc. Zebula Country Club contributes to the ten administrative levies for Site 158 in contribution to the Body Corporate and the appropriate levies for each additional section owned by ZCC. ZCC also contributes 10% of the annual maintenance budget for the body corporate for the repairs and maintenance that the Body Corporate undertakes.
In recognition of the Homeowners of the various body corporates at Zebula Golf Estate and Spa, Zebula Country Club Pty Ltd invites homeowners to be members of the exclusive homeowners' members’ card. Each syndicated homeowner and their spouse are invited to apply for a free homeowners card which will entitle the holder thereof to a standard 10% cashback on all food and beverage spent in Dirks Bar, La Trotaria, The Terrace, and Syringa Restaurant @ Waterberg Lodge. The card will also entitle the member to the dedicated homeowners' rate on the golf course. By subscribing to the marking information, Zebula Country Club Pty Ltd will make adhoc exclusive homeowners specials available at their various outlets and facilities.
